  SPUR (Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience)
  About SPUR

SPUR or Skills Programme for Upgrading and Resilience, is an enhanced financial support scheme developed by the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) in consultation with tripartite partners, Ministry of Manpower and National Trade Union Congress (NYUC) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). Employers and workers will pay lower course fee and receive higher absentee payroll subsidy under SPUR when they send their staff or attend SPUR Courses delivered by approved providers. The enhanced funding support will be in place for 2 years from 1 Dec 2008
